Beef & Rice Prepared Meal

Ingredients: Grass Fed Beef, Organic White Rice, Organic Cannelini Beans, Mineral Water, Sea Salt

6oz Meat, 4oz Beans, 2 Cups Rice 

This is a completely cooked, frozen product. Let thaw out for a few hours and then warm up in a covered pan on low heat or in the oven.
