My husband like these okay. He can eat them just doesn’t care for them as much as other animal nuts. His favorite is goat. The veal is more briny and soft textured. These came apart easily from skin and silver skin leaving small chunks of meat attached to the skin. That’s okay just to say they are more soft. Because of this it’s much easier preparing other nuts, in my opinion and experience. None the less they are good taste and quality.
