Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

    These steak ends came in chunks with good amounts of fat and muscle, each pack came with a full thick cut steak too. Seared in a pan with butter, man oh man was it incredibly flavorful. If you don’t want to get one of the big steak boxes, this is a great option for you.

    You get about two pounds for a good price. Very tasty steak meat and sometimes you get a really nice fat cap which only adds to the flavor. Almost every time I place an order I get these!

    I had my doubts about ordering these, but they turned out wonderful. I should’ve ordered more, but one has to try. They melted in my mouth and I couldn’t believe the quality/price ratio. Why buy cheap mass-produced feedlot meat?

    I figured it would be nice to have some wagyu steak ends when they became available. Sure, they were thinner than the usual steaks but that doesn’t make these babies and less delicious than their big brothers! Definitely a great alternative if you aren’t in the mood for a thicker steak. Just be sure to watch them carefully, since they’ll cook up much quicker than usual!

    The first time I tried and I am not sure how to cook it so I just pan seared both side with salt and pepper. Maybe there is another way for better cooking. Its pretty tender.

    I was so wrong about this stew meat. I thought the color of the meat was dull and assumed it probably wouldn’t meet my expectations of taste. I originally bought this stew meat to give to my cat that is raw fed, but then saw the fatty marbling of the meat and thought I would probably enjoy the fatty meat cuts. My cat cannot eat too much fatty meat per meal so I pretty much have taken ownership of this meat purchase. I love it. Cooked in the air fryer with just salt is heaven. Perfect combo of salt, crispy fatty meat chunks. No better comfort food. I must and need to buy more and stock up on this! Quick, simple, delicious, satisfying meal!
