    Thanks to Frankie’s I can afford getting more raw cheese compare going to Whole Foods! WF charges $19-22 per pound for raw cheeses. For fun I gave some to my mom and she enjoyed it! Going to be getting her a pound next week in hopes she eats more raw products.

    FFRM somehow has the best cheese I’ve ever purchased. So far I’ve had 4 kinds and they’re all perfect – this is one of them. It has the perfect amount of sharpness and the texture crushes my normal “raw cheddar” from the grocery store. These are high value cheeses and this is now the only place I plan on buying cheeses.

    I never ordered the wayu fat before and was dreading its consumption. It actually is like butter and easy for me to digest. All products were very good. Unfortunately, pemmican is additive!

    This is an excellent good quality cheese. I cook a lot an use it in various dishes and sauces I make. Makes a great grilled cheese sandwich also. It’s good for your health too because of the probiotics in it. Will continue using it in the future.
