We’ve used it in homemade sourdough bread, mac and cheese, pizza, and of course, snacking raw. The flavor is milder compared to the “normal” American cheddar, and it is so delicious.

Ironically, the “white cheddar” had a yellow tint, but the a2/a2 cheddar is actually white. Color aside, this (yellow) white cheddar is the most delicious out of four of Frankie’s cheese.
