I had venison occasionally when my father would go hunting every fall in upstate NY. We called them Bambi Burgers if it was ground, and Roast Bambi if it were in the form of chops. When I noticed Frank had some venison on his site I didn’t waste anytime ordering some to try. I found myself eating most of it raw! It was so good! This meat typically doesn’t require much cooking as game meat is low in fat. However, I enjoyed it thoroughly! I’d definitely order again in the future if he continues to carry it.
