    I greatly enjoyed the pasture raised chicken I recently received from FFRMs. I’ve bought other meats from Frankie’s and I love the quality and taste. I can’t get most of these meats from anywhere else and I trust FFRMs. I plan to keep ordering from Frankie, so I’m going to need everyone else to keep buying his meats to keep him in business. 🙂

    I am really glad I added a chicken to my order. Chicken gets a bad rap because it is not as nutrient dense as other animal foods… but it’s so versatile and downright delicious. My chicken arrived frozen, despite 2 days of travel and near-100 degree weather. (Always great, safe packaging.) The price is on par with whole organic chickens you would find at the grocery store — of course the offerings at a grocery store come without the scrutiny of Frankie… and I trust his choices as far as selecting animals which are fed a proper diet versus gambling on grocery chain animals. I will absolutely purchase more chickens in the future.

    Both chickens tasted great. I roasted them 1 day, then made an awesome chicken soup with the carcasses the next day. Don’t waste and cheat yourself; make the soup. They didn’t have that gross raw chicken smell either when I first opened them up. I’d order 1 or 2 of these again. The price is pretty reasonable when you factor in the quality and the soup.

    Slather it in ghee, salt, pepper, cayenne. Stick a lemon up it’s ass after you salt and season that bitch. Put a cup of water in the oven pan, cook covered(foil or better) for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 30 minutes, give or take. Less for juicy. Then burn the shit out of your hand or wait 5-10 minutes to serve.

    This chicken is delicious! I recommend frying it in 100% grass-fed tallow instead of vegetable oils. Use lard-fried pork rinds (I use EPIC brand), blitzed in a food processor until fine, as “breading” instead of grains to create a completely healthy, nutritious and delicious meal! I made a ranch dip for it from a sour cream base, and it was some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. I’m happy to stock up on more!

    The product is not as advertised, same chicken you would get at costco or any other chain supermarket. The way it was packaged gave it away. I would be suspicious of other products in here as well.

    Rubbed this bird down with butter, salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary, put it in the oven for about an hour and fifteen minutes. It came out as one of the best roasted chickens I have had. Thanks, Frank

I cooked this little guy the same way I always have in my NuWave oven, and I only meant to try a bite, since I had eaten dinner already and couldn’t stop eating this chicken butt! Now I know why they say guess what? chicken butt!!!! wow, it was like KFC x 1000000000000. So surprised at this little guy.

    These chickens are good, a bit on the meaty side. I would try other breeds of chicken with small breast (usually more flavor with smaller breast) as well if they are available.

    The proper chicken is smaller than what you might find in stores but that’s only because the chicken wasn’t pumped with hormones or had it’s growth messed with in any way. Other than that, the chicken was delicious and with enough basting, it will remain juicy and tender. Definite recommend!

    This is the best! Exceptional chicken. My second order. 3 chickens and a breast last me about 2 months. I am so grateful for this amazing product…no corn no soy…the meat of the chicken tastes nothing like chicken we have in Los Angeles. I needed to eat meat after 17 yrs of vegetarian life. I cld not do red meat. My body wasn’t accepting it. But making whole chicken stock and eating the broth and meat has truly changed my life. Chicken has some crazy healing properties when it is free range real chicken. I am incredibly grateful to have this option.     I live 20 minutes west of Chicago and have 5 farms where over the years I have purchased corn and soy free chicken and turkey (my favorite). 3 have gone corn only so they’re out, one has prices off the charts, and then there’s Frankie’s Free Range. Why do I purchase from only Frankie? My order arrives immediately and the meat is always delicious and, well, after watching his videos I just like the guy. He seems to genuinely care about the quality of his products, his customers, and what HE eats. I mean, look at him, he’s in great shape!     Love the chicken! Got the thighs and a whole chicken and love the flavor of all of it. Hard to find chicken thighs in my area that actually has the skin and bone in it.
