    I accidentally purchased the A2 mozzarella instead of the A2 gouda. Frankie so kindly and promptly corrected my order. I kept the mozzarella and added the gouda and I’m so glad I did. Both cheeses are 10/10! The quality is unmatched. The mozzarella melts to perfection and the gouda is creamy and velvety. Will purchase again.

    If you live in Texas as I do you have to cash in some stock to afford the price of Frankie’s cheese. Desperate for a2 cheese, I ordered anyway. I bought an assortment of a2 cheeses. I was astonished to discover that Mozzarella cheese ages; aged, it is not to my taste past fresh. But the a2 cheddar! What a spectacular cheese.

    My order was shipped out in a timely manner, packed very well & was nice & very, very cold when I received it. I ordered all the types of the A2/A2 Raw Cheeses. At this time they have: Plain-Unsalted, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda & Colby. They ran out of the Mozzarella & Frank refunded me promptly. I ordered 8 items of these cheeses. The Gouda, the one I have tried first, is very delicious & it melts really well too. I’m looking forward to having the Cheddar, Colby & Plain-Unsalted too. And in the future, I look forward to ordering again & ordering the Mozzarella. I’m very happy with my purchase. I love it. Thank you Frank & Team!

    To date, I never got the products I ordered (over $100 of meat and cheese).
    I ordered them on June 29. Got one email saying it was “Fulfilled,” whatever that means. So far, no tracking number email and such. Now, on July 20, I still have no product (3 weeks since order). I called Frankie twice, left two messages, and still got no response. Hope you read this Frankie, I really enjoy your YouTube show and previous orders, and hate to think that you are ripping me off.     It’s great quality cheese. My wife and I both felt like the cheddar tasted a lot like blue cheese after a few seconds of chewing, not the strong taste we prefer but others may enjoy it especially if the A2 part is critical for you or your family.

    I buy Cheddar, Gouda and Colby. When I open the Gouda I usually think it tastes lousy, but by the end of the pound I’m always sad there’s not more! All of it digests amazingly well. The tastes are different from deli counter cheese. They’re all delicious paired with different foods. <3 I love these cheeses.

    It’s going to take me awhile to get used to the difference in the sourness of raw cheese. If you’re new to raw cheese, I suggest you start with their Colby. It is delicious! Firm yet creamy, mild and very similar to the Colby that you might be used to that is pasteurized. Raw cheese is so much better for you so I’m trying to make the switch to raw dairy. The Gouda is very strong. I gave it to my roommate who eats pork so that he could have it on bacon cheeseburgers.

    It’s great that’s it’s yummy and raw but I don’t know what’s in it and since I’m allergic or sensitive to different kinds of vegetable rennet found in most cheeses including most raw ones on the market and I can’t handle things like table salt or sugar, I don’t know yet if this will work for me.
