I did have to trim around the stew meat to remove some sinew, but my stew turned out sooo good! Tender, lean and tasty and not at all gamey. My mother couldn’t even tell it was venison. Will buy again. Shamar, my Great Pyrenees, appreciated the trimmings very much!

Cooked mine probably about 4 or 5 hours in some of the collagen broth extract and it came out great falls apart and super wild taste very comparable to some fresh mallard

The meat had a lot of tough pieces. Some tender pieces. Not sure I would buy again for having more waste to cut off
