Musty cave smell, nutty slight sweet notes, sharp gasoline dry finish…weirdly good…very nice with olives, dried fruits (figs, dates, prunes) and fresh oranges…had some on pan seared ground lamb patty with some hot pepper sauce drizzled on top…excellent!!!

I’m a fan of Manchego cheese for its exquisite flavor, yesterday I tried the Italian Pecorino and I love it! The flavor is a little stronger than Manchego which is a plus for me, but it still has that rich and distinctive sheep flavor. Thank you for this great product.

For some reason I thought it would be similar to Pecorino Romano. Instead of being Salty it had a nice Nutty flavor. I do not mind a Stinky Cheese,adds to the Flavor. Will buy again but want to try something else.
