Whole Tri-Tip
All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.
Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

Yes it arrived and I was glad i chose to order from Frankies. We had a serious thunderstorm and lost the electricity for 2 days. The tri-tips were put away in a freezer which remained closed.Do I feel lucky?Well do I?Will find out if they survived.
Vladimir –
I have ordered this a couple of times and it never disappoints. Cooking it properly matters, so never cook it for long, but it’s not complicated.

I like Frankie’s products. Reliable and reasonably priced with a good variety. I have never had a problem with any of the products. Tri-tip was no exception. Good base product that is well packaged. Getting the most out of the tri-tip requires knowledge of cooking techniques. I am a Repeat customer of Frankie’s and will remain a customer.
Nick Riesco –
Love the tri-tip from here, so tasty on the grill!

This is probably my favorite cut of meat from Franks. I usually marinate it and put it in the smoker for 90 minutes and it always comes out tender and juicy. A+++

Tri Tip (bottom sirloin) is a great cut. But FYI, the photo you used for the product is a top sirloin cap (AKA coulotte or picanha) – similar and also also a great cut, but not a tri tip. I suggest updating the photo.
