We are sourcing high quality grass-fed beef  from local NY farms as well as Australia (famous for their pasture) to bring you the best tasting and most nutrient dense option available.

All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.

Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

    I cooked this up a few days ago as a late-night snack and was pretty casual about the cooking process — high heat, raw/rare on the inside, flaky salt and pepper. My friend kept mentioning how outrageously tasty the steak was and was wondering why his steaks don’t turn out this way. I also felt it was overall quite good, nice portion size that isn’t too large, and noticeably better than the similar steak from Verde Farms. Will need to buy 10 of these for my next order! Thanks!

    This was my 1st time trying a grassfed Ribeye steak and I have to say I really enjoyed it. The steak was literally moist and dripping with flavor in every bite. I seared it on each side and then let it cook for another 10 mins on medium low to get a “medium” doneness. A very tasty, moist piece of meat. The flavor put an imprint on my taste buds. My favorite steak.

    The steaks were delicious and still very juicy and well preserved with the vacuum seal. The A2 cheese has been wonderful and so much easier to digest with the milk allergy protein and lactose intolerance I have. Even the A2 cream cheese and and cream has causes less of a reaction compared to the A1 pasteurized milk. It’s been great to have cheese as a treat again.

    Frankie my emails to you about the problem with cookie dough not cooking up right. Butterr bubbling like crazy in over @ 325 on convection air. Odd Taste. Cookie turns hard as it cools. Followed your bake instructions. Please refund. Thank you. Not like you to fail to respond to 4-5 emails. Seems like butter did not incorporate properly and butter turned slightly. Thank you.

    This is delicious, and it’s great knowing it’s 100% grass fed. There is not as much fat in it as you’ll find in supermarket ribeye. I guess that’s because the cows are not fattened up with grains and soy so it’s healthier.

    So the meat is great and the delivery time is great. Unfortunately, the response to information is lacking. I never got a teaching number to know when it shipped or would be delivered.     I usually go to the local butcher and try to purchase florida grass fed beef. It is sometimes difficult to find but grass fed is so much better. I purchased a little of each beef poultry, ground and steaks.     Was very impressed with this company. The meat was still very solidly frozen inside the cooler box and there was ZERO condensation. There was a fair amount of dry ice. I didn’t even unpack it right away. The ribeye steaks were thickly cut and very flavorful with very nice marbling. Prices seem to be the best I’ve seen so far also. Will purchase from him again!
