Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

    Excellent quality – steaks were deep red and meaty and the fat was flavorful, no question grass fed and fnished is superior to the feedlot crap. Steaks came frozen. as stated.

    But I must say the 3-4lb Chicken was absolutely delicious, it came out very juicy . Quality chicken . Will be ordering again . I also ordered from organ supplements .com for some trace minerals and mastic gum

    So, bought a number of these at sale price. Not disappointed with quality on the sale. Very happy to have grass fed/finished at a reasonable cost. Only concern was there was no ice in the package and it took a bit longer than usual to arrive (Thurs w/label created – arrived on following Tues.), so a number of the steaks were thawed. Not hot, luckily with colder weather, but I would have been more concerned if weather was warm. Steaks were tender. Can’t comment on flavor yet as they were cooked with rosemary so that flavor was predominant. Appreciate so much that Frankie’s Meats is looking to help consumer!

    A relaxed beast is a tender beast. The steak was succulent, soft, superior. Masticating the pfizer-free beef was a majestic experience (to say the least). Easily the best I’ve had in I don’t know how long. Not to mention the ice cream, cookie dough, milk, and butter. Frankie rocks.
