All of our lamb is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.
Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
Uses
Our tallow is low temperature rendered. We keep the temperature low to maintain nutrition and prevent degrading the fat.
This is my favorite tallow I’ve tasted so far. I don’t know if it’s because of a different method of making this tallow, but it’s super smooth, the fat particles are smaller and melts more easily. The flavor is more balanced and taste better than beef tallow and camel fat.

I first bought Frankie’s lamb tallow about a month ago and absolutely loved the lamb flavor and the overall creaminess of the product. I can eat Frankie’s lamb tallow by the spoonful and absolutely enjoy it. I recently bought a more popular brand’s lamb tallow from Amazon and regretted it immediately; the flavor was weak and the tallow was much harder, making it less enjoyable overall to eat compared to Frankie’s. If you want the best lamb tallow out there, definitively buy from Frank!

i know frankie doesn’t recommend tallow for the skin but i use this as my occlusive moisturizer and its so amazing. i never break out from tallow. this is incredibly soft and melts into my skin. totally replaces toxic vaseline for night slugging and heavy day cream imo

I just ordered a big bundle of lamb tallow as I use it as my primary fat source. And added on a variety of meat. Each lamb tallow bottle came individually encased in bubblewrap and paper around that so noting broke. All my meat was still frozen even in the heat of Georgia and sitting on my front porch all day. Frankie’s packing is excellent just like his products.
