Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

The meat is delicious but it was delivered nearly 24 hours after scheduled so it was still cold but thawed. We refroze and it seems fine. Thank you . Our daughter Angel Evens introduced this meat to us while visiting her in Rockport, MA a few weeks ago, Thank you

Finally a great Filet Mignon at a great price and grass fed/finished also. I cut my filets usually into three pieces and then fry on low heat using Frankies Beef Tallow. I just sear the outside of each piece leaving the inside very rare, almost raw. Great tasting!!

I was able to get 11 filet mignon steaks and 2 smaller roasts from the ends with this 6 pound tenderloin. This was a great purchase. The flavor and tenderness was out of this world!

OMG! You can never go wrong with Frankie’s meats! The filet is the best. The taste and the tenderness are amazing.

Best I have tried. Tender melt in your mouth. Great taste. Full of flavor. More than fork tender. Searched everywhere for best value and found it here. Great pkg. Still froze when received. Made steaks out of it. Yum!
