All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.

Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

Uses

Our thick cut steaks are perfect to be pan seared, grilled, broiled in an oven, however you like!

    I am SO grateful for Frankie’s site and service! I LOVE filet mignon since I first had it over 25 years ago at a Churrascaria in Rio. But over the years since I returned to NY, there has never been anything close to that quality. Until I found Frankies. When I found this quality of grass fed filet mignon (I cook it very simple – just pat dry, himalayan sea salt & fresh grind black pepper on grass fed Kerrygold butter, on medium heat for 7 minutes), and tasted it – it reminded me of my first time in Rio. That’s saying a lot!
    So grateful for Frankies and I will be a loyal customer ordering every month or so. Thank you Frankies Free Range Meat!!! Love ya!

    I threw these in my Fritaire air fryer . Let them rest once they came out with a little Frankie’s raw butter on top. No reason to go out to a fancy steak house. The flavor and texture is spectacular! Oh yeah- I poured the drippings from the air fryer glass bowl on top of the steak , as well. That is my standard procedure with Frankie’s steaks. Always.

    This was my first order with Frankie’s and it certainly won’t be my last. I wondered, since I live in Hawaii, whether the meat would arrive safely. The meat arrived in perfect condition, and fully frozen. And it is absolutely delicious….very tender and flavorful. I haven’t been able to verify that this meat has no antibiotics, hormones or corn fed. So I’ll need to do that before my next order. But if all that checks out, I’ll be a lifetime customer.
