All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.
Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
Uses
Marinade in salted milk or water overnight then throw in the grill or sear in a pan!

I can definitely liking the taste of this kidney. I pan seared it both side probably cooked 80%. Its bouncy and has a bite to it. Great texture! I think I like the kidney more than the liver. i soaked it under water for an hour before I pan seared it and the smell reduced significantly.

I’ve ordered grass fed meat online before, and it’s been good. However, I tried Frankie’s because the price was better. I was not disappointed, the beef kidneys are even better than I expected. And my Mom tried the wagyu beef burgers. She normally eats only steak and not burgers, but she says she’s now switching the the wagyu burger because she likes them so much. Thanks for all you guys do – keep up the great work! I’ll be ordering again.

I tried raw goat kidneys and lamb kidneys, and they are not super pleasant, but raw beef kidney.. wow tastes really good! Now, it does taste a bit like pee I am not gonna lie, but To me, and to anyone who is already used to eating raw animals organs, that pee taste is insignificant compared with the other strong taste that kidney has which to me is delicious. Anyways, I do not know how it tastes cooked, but raw to me is great!, but I do not recommend beginners in the raw carnivore diet to try it, first spend at least 2 weeks eating liver, fat, heart raw before you try kidney, so you do not get gross out by it

Arrived completely frozen and within a few days after ordering. My orders are always completely frozen when they arrive and packaged nicely. When I let the kidney thaw, it had no odors and seemed really fresh. I eat the kidney raw and have not gotten sick.

Kidney is gross!! However, it is full of nutrition and cheap. I use it to make beef stock occasionally along with bone marrow instead of using an expensive steak. I live close to FFRM, and there really is not any realistic way I could ask for better service than this. High quality, cheap, to my door a few days after I order. Incredible
