We are sourcing high quality grass-fed beef  from local NY farms as well as Australia (famous for their pasture) to bring you the best tasting and most nutrient dense option available.

All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.

Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

    HOLY SHIT! WHAT A HUGE RIBEYE! This thing was 3″ thick, was it a steak, or a roast? Ordered a 2# steak, it was 2.25#. Decided to roast it and make prime rib, along with homemade Yorkshire pudding and Au Jus. No knife needed, wife and I both sliced it with our forks, and the flavor? Best we’d ever had. Will buy again!

    Steaks are delicious, very thick. I thought about splitting it into 2 steaks. Am happy with the service and very happy with the delivery. The cooler that they were sent in would have kept the steaks warm all day in the July sun. Will be ordering again.

    Could not find 100% grassfed bone-in ribeye anywhere locally. It was worth
    the wait to get it from Frankie. I was expecting it to be GOOD but it was better
    than good, it was PHENOMENAL in flavor. I use the bones for beef broth and no store bought beef bone broth compares in flavor and dark rich color. Thank you once again, Frankie!

    So juicy, tender and delicious! Perfect thickness, easily 1 1/2″+. Thick, quality steaks like this give the best results. Tremendous crust development is so easy with a top quality steak like this. Just reordered more to keep my freezer well stocked. Truly the BEST!

    This was one of the most amazing steaks I’ve had in a long time and I am a carnivore, I eat only meat!! Will definitely be buying more steaks and trying other cuts of beef and pork.     Best steaks I’ve bought and best meats in general. I’ve been following Frank for years and he’s really the only seller I trust. He’s been consistent in his mission and transparent and other than buying directly from my local farms, I don’t trust meats in stores claiming “100% grass fed”. At this point, I only purchase my meat from my local grass fed farms and Frank. Prices are good…Take all my money man, I’m a forever customer.

    This was a nice steak. The cut is much better than Store bought or subscription grass feed cuts. it was very tender. I aged it 2 days exposed and the taste was robust. It costs a bit more than store bought but there is no doubt where the money went.
