Why Sturgeon Caviar?
Sturgeon eggs are essentially tiny sturgeon, encapsulating the nutritional profile that we see in the every organ of the animal combined. This makes any fish eggs an amazing source of every single fat soluble vitamins, especially omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, being the best source of the planet!
Uses
Sturgeon caviar is perfect to eat on its own by the spoonful, top your favorite wild fish, or even mix into an omelette!
Growing up in Southern California it’s kind of hard to miss having fish eggs as sushi restaurants are everywhere. But I’ve never had sturgeon Caviar, nor did I care to try. After Frankie’s compailing videos on the benifits of fish eggs I decided to try his caviar. And man was it delicious! I can see why it’s a stereotypical rich mans food, the flavor is like no other, very rich and complex. Definitely would recommend tryin if you never had in the past. 5/5 would order again.

I’ve never been a huge fan of fish, even growing up as a kid, and I’ve never had caviar. I can say without a doubt this very good. I’ve never liked the fishy after taste of fish but this caviar is very subtle. If you’re one of those people like me, give this a shot. I have not had the salmon roe but I think I’ll stick with this one. The fish taste is so subtle I’m contemplating purchasing the bigger container as I’ve been trying hard not to eat the little 1 oz container in one sitting.

Lovely taste and mouthfeel, better than similar priced American product have bought on Amazon (but without extra shipping cost). Strong feeling of well being and joy after eating. Eat out of the jar or gently cook duck egg yolks on low so still gelatinous and custardy, top with caviar (creme fraiche optional). Ordered 4 oz, received 1 oz, but was quickly refunded when I communicated this.

If you ever wanted to know what caviar tastes like but can’t quite get the kind that costs hundreds of dollars an ounce, look no further! I bought the 1 oz size of this product and couldn’t wait to give it a try. It wasn’t “fishy” in flavor or smell and definitely not over salted! It was what caviar should be: tasty but subtle. You could put it on a cracker, on the side of an omelet or eat it straight out of the jar. Any way you choose, you can’t go wrong with this!

I struggle with how delicious this caviar tastes. I tried eating this and the salmon roe, but the salmon roe just comes off overly fishy and I’m only comfortable eating it frozen. This buttery, mouthwatering caviar is unreal – I found myself eating straight from the jar with no regrets despite the cost.
