Absolutely Phenomenal!

Probably the best meat I have ever had PERIOD! I thought it was going to come as a big chunk of meat that could be sliced into bacon much like the other belly products but instead, it comes cut similarly to skirt steak which I actually prefer. If you want to make bacon, I recommend getting the Beef or Iberico Pork Belly instead, but if you want a delicious piece of meat that you can just throw on the grill and eat like a steak, this is definitely for you.

Too much fat

Over 90% was fat and there was a bit spoiled smell. The smell maybe was due UPS delivered 2 days late.
