Tajima Wagyu Petite Tenderloin
I have eaten two of these steaks. They are extremely delicious. Salt and pepper is all that is needed.

Very nice cut, tender and delicious. The wife and I both enjoyed it and will definitely order again!
Dried the steak off, and let sit uncovered on a rack in the fridge for 3 hours to further dry. Removed from fridge 1 hour before cooking, to bring to room temperature.
Brushed with EVOO, and generosity seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, then grilled to perfection. Rested under foil for 5 minutes, then sliced.
A knife was not necessary, we both cut the sliced pieces with a fork.
Served with a fresh garden salad, homemade Yorkshire pudding, and homemade Au Jus.
