These are delicacy, don't expect to get stuffed from them.

I've never cook quail before. I marinated them overnight with Worcestershire sauce, coconut aminos, a little molasses, lemongrass, and dry herbs. And oven baked them. Came out very tasty and flavorful. They're very lean and not greasy, tastes better than chicken. It was kind of fun eating them if you somehow like the experience of picking apart the bones.

Probably makes a good treat for the dogs. Or you could save the bones to make broth.
