Favorite Purchase!

Hands down, this has been my favorite item from FFRM. I cut 2 chops off (for roasting) and slow cooked the remainder in my crock pot. Excellent cooked both ways (also used bones for bone stock) and I will order extras of this item again. Delicious with multiple flavors and textures, plenty of yummy fat, and worth every penny. If you love pork, this would be for you. No hesitation here on purchasing this again or recommending it.

Didn’t taste or look like Iberian pork

2nd time I ordered it. 1st time was perfect. Darker color, excellent taste. 2nd time, honestly looked and tasted just like regular pork. Label still said Iberian pork. Disappointed - especially since the first order was so exceptionally good.

With Bones

I received 6 pork ribs. After cutting the ribs to obtain pork chops, I pan seared and they were delicious. I saved the bones and used them to make bone broth. Not sure if this is healthy, but it allowed me to get the rest of the meat and fat from the bones.

Just got my iberico ribeye chops

They came in the mail today as we’ll as a veal liver salmon roe cod liver parmagiano reggiano lover jerky and tasty pemmican!!! I couldn’t be any happier the pork and liver where still frozen and everything is in excellent shape!!! Thanks for getting my add on into the box as well and hooking me up with a extra one!!!!!!!
