I've been following Frank on YouTube for over a year now, and when he said he was just going to start a company that specializes in "high quality, nutrient dense animal foods," so people could get some, I thought, "Ok, let's see how this goes,"... the start up had some bumps, to be expected with any new company, so I waited a bit. Made my first order a little over two weeks ago, and everything was super spot on! Got my package right on time, still completely frozen from New York to California, and the quality of meat is second to none! And the very best price you can find without having to buy a half a cow that you'd never be able to fit in your freezer. Frankie and Adam really did it! Amazing job guys! Absolutely amazing! As far as I know, there isn't anyone on the planet that has done more with their own resources to help people get their health back than Frank Tufano! Thank you for all that you do!
Meat meisters on You Tube call picanha "The Queen Of Meats" & now I know why. That fat cap is everything! I'm a city girl so I don't get to grill my meat over an open fire like Frankie does. But all you need to do is slice the picanha into thick steaks (cutting with the grain, which is easy to see in the flesh), season them, then place the steak fat-cap down in a dry, heated cast iron pan. The fat on this one was actually pale yellow, a sign of 100% grassfed-&-finished beef. The fat will start to melt & provide all the oil you need for cooking. Once the fat cap is golden brown, turn the steak over & cook the other long narrow side. Then continue cooking each raw side until the steak is rare to med.rare. (The meat is very tender, be careful not to overcook it.) Serve with Chimichurri sauce & you've got a mouth-watering, delicious meal that's easy to make any night of the week.
