    Want to understand why locally sourced and pasture raised makes a difference? Do the following experiment. Roast one of Frankie’s chicken quarters in a cast iron and note how much oil and grease you have in the pan after. Now do the same with a grocery store bone in thigh and drumstick. Notice how there is 3x as much oil and grease. This is all of the linoleic acid laden fat content from a diet rich in corn and soy. Frankie’s makes eating chicken desirable again. Can’t recommend enough

    I have bought my chicken thighs from a number of different sources, and I’m amazed at the blood and blood veins running through the chicken thighs! I was very, very happy when I bought Frankie’s chicken thighs for the first time! The chicken was clean, no blood! I felt that his butcher did a very good job!
