They have a rich taste .Can only eat one after a meal . I did add peppermint extract to the cookies to add extra flavor . Do not know if it made the cookies more dense or not . Maybe the taste of the peppermint was a little over whelming .

Cookie dough is absolutely amazing raw. I was getting questioned by people about food poisoning from the eggs. But Frankie has the highest quality ingredients. Only reason it is not a 5 is because there is lots of butter in it and run into some issues when baking.
