Raw Cows Milk - Morbier
Frankie- Pat yourself on the back with both hands as you truly found another incredible cheese the likes my mouth has never experienced before. From Niagara Falls, NY I am raising my glass of Guinness Stout and a big hunk of Morbier in your honor, Frankie, for getting these super-good foods to the common man!
I have been really enjoying this one. A softer cheese that melts well, so makes an excellent topper. Has a distinctive flavor that I enjoy but nothing overpowering or rude. Great cheese with all that raw milk goodness!
Never had this type of cheese. I expected some type of flavor similar to blue as there is a blue streak in it. I enjoyed it very much! A milder flavor of blue but nice and creamy as well. I have yet to be disappointed with a purchase
I bought this awhile ago but just got around to trying it. It’s so great! It reminds me of a soft parmesan with a little nuttiness thrown in. It’s really delicious. I love raw milk cheeses. You can taste the realness of them. Frankie’s prices are super fair for such high quality stuff.
I had no idea this would be so good! It's a little funky, very rich & creamy (but not as soft as a semi-soft cheese). I put a slice of it on top of my picanha last night & ran it under the boiler to melt it -- utterly delicious! This is the cheese you want for a grilled cheese sandwich. And FFRM's price is lower than Murray's Cheese. 🙂
