Brains

Excellent quality brains. Scramble with eggs and they are darn good. You can also fry them in tallow till they lose some moisture and then they take on a soft tofu texture. I ate a bunch raw and they taste good but the texture was a little weird to me. Will order again for sure and conduct some more experiments. I would recommend them. Between the brains and milkfed veal liver everyone needs to place an order with Frankie's.

I enjoyed eating liver for the first time in my life. Straight up Frankies meats is best ever

Nice mild tasty veal brain

Tasted great. Just seared it for 1 minute on each side after patting it dry. Just a little salt and pepper. Fed an ounce to my chickens while I was outside eating it. They looked at me like I was a God that just handed them the best food in the universe lol Cooing and whistling and eyeballing me to see if their was more lol NOPE! All gone little birdies. No brain for you! haha

Brain Curry

I make a traditional brain curry out of this. Boil it for a little bit, and sautee it up with ghee butter, and it gives it a nice soft texture that melts in your mouth.
