So far I've tried the sirloin and lamb rack and both were phenomenal. I eat a lot of lamb and always prefer racks with plenty of fat on them. Most places I get my lamb trim the fat from the bones but this one had all of the fat still on there and a nice layer of meat in between the bones and fat. This was my first time having a rack untrimmed like this and it was the best lamb rack experience I've ever had. That portion of fat with meat in between reminded me of the secreto cut from iberico pork which is absolutely amazing. I can't believe other places trim it off and probably waste it. The meat itself on both the rack and sirloin was top notch and overall just a damn good lamb experience. I normally buy Colorado lamb from another place and thought nothing could beat that but this lamb was better and less than half the cost. Thank you for the phenomenal product Frankie!!
