All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.
Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
Uses
Burgers, stir fries, steak tartar, ground beef is used in just about every cuisine as an affordable and nutritious source of protein.
I am cooking them today and I’m sure they’ll be fantastic! However, I was curious to see that even having received my package 18 or 19 days ago, the label on one of the Patty packages said use or freeze by July 9th of 2019. I thought that was a little weird but I assume that Frankie boy has had these Frozen the whole time so I’m not going to worry about it. If they are half as good as the sirloin from the local beef package that I got on the same day, I will be a happy man. Thank You, Frankie – who loves you more than we do, ay!! 🙂

I’ve tried ground beef from every supermarket, grass fed – grainfed. I’ve gotten pasture raised grass fed beef from whole foods. And this ground beef tastes 5x better than any i’ve had before

I am from Pennsylvania but live in Colorado and miss the meats in that area. I was excited to get my order and I enjoyed all the meats that you sent. I would have given 5 stars however I only received 3 patties which was not 2 pounds worth.

I’ve eaten about 50 packs of these now and they are bomb. I’ve seared them just like burgers and mashed them into ground beef. Both were great. They definitely taste different than the meet I’m used to in CA. I suppose because they are from Australia…

I got some burgers from Frankie’s sampler pack and these are really good! Nice, juicy burgers that I had with a sour cream based sauce and a “bun” that I made out of eggs and grated cheese. I like fattier meat and I prefer making my own patty sizes, so I think I’ll stick with the regular ground beef on this site, but for those who enjoy huge, thick and juicy patties, you’re in for a treat with these burgers!

Just want to write this review for these delicious Burgers as well as the Customer service provided by Frankie. Had an issue with another part of my order and Frankie, even without me asking, took immediate action to remedy my order. However Frankie may come off in his videos sometimes, he runs a respectable and upstanding business. Keep up the good work and Thanks!

I enjoyed the pre-formed high quality patties. What is easier then throwing a bunch on the grill then throwing each one in a storage container with about 1 cup broccoli or cauliflower that has been cooked smashed into small particles not puree and approx 2 tablespoons of butter or Ghee and garlic paste per serving. Great to freeze or eat through out the week. The meat was very tasty as well! Also great on its own with quacamole and Jalapeno salsa.
