Ok, I never had bone marrow before but I had this sudden urge to get it. I got the sampler pack (great idea BTW) and tried them for dinner the next day. Delicious and buttery, I ate them with roasted garlic and saved the tallow left over in the dish. I ordered more and can't wait to get them! I want to enjoy this everyday!

I roasted the bones on the grill and topped my steak with the marrow. This is my first time having bone marrow and it tastes a lot different than beef fat. It tastes just like butter, rich and delicious. Value wise the beef fat might be the better way to go, but this is a special treat!

Makes great broth!

I have tried many different types of marrow bones to make stock in the past and the flavor just wasn't that good to me- not to mention the smell of it cooking! With that experience, I was hesitant to spend 40 dollars to experiment again, but am glad I did. These bones made superior, beautiful broth. The taste is amazing, and it smells delicious when cooking. Thank you for offering such high quality Frankie, it definitely matters!!
