    It takes a little bit (maybe a couple hours) after thawing for the separated milk solids and liquids to settle. Very good. Went through two quarts in about two weeks, just having a little bit with each meal. Very rich flavor.

    Kefir from the store tastes gives me righteously bad gas issues. This stuff doesn’t and is so much more palatable. Didn’t think I’d ever enjoy plain kefir, but here we are. 5/5.

    Now I know why the Amish have the strength to work all day. The first sip made me feel like I was floating. This is considerably less expensive than the best stuff I can get from Whole Foods, and it blows it away.

    Let me starts by saying I’ve been making water kefir in my college dorm room for one year and 3 months (starting from the water kefir grains on ffrf, using mtn valley water, and well water fed thru copper pipe when home on breaks, and Lakewood biodynamic Juices from WF), and it’s been wonderful. I occasionally buy Frank’s water kefir and more water kefir grains to make sure my strands don’t deviate from the correct probiotic content. However, this milk kefir adds another dimension to the probiotics and prevents any food I eat in college from severe causing acne or gas. Yeast is a problem when using pineapple juice (this juice also makes the strongest Alcohol content), because it causes these bacteria imbalances which cause gas. A sip of the milk kefir STOPS gas in minutes, and prevents any severe breakouts. Its great unflavored, but I’ve also been slicing up banana, apple orange and pears to put in the milk kefir the past few weeks. Banana seems to become the softest after a day in the kefir. I ordered 6 bottles, and unfroze them as needed. After a few weeks, the grains do start to die (which I see because the water separates from the milk), so don’t order more than 2 weeks of milk kefir at once.

    the way i can drink amish milk now is so so crazy. i was buying raw milk from pcc but god knows what those farms are truly like. i love using this to make my own kefir! drinking raw milk kefir with raw eggs every day makes me feel soooo amazing and beautiful. never change amish babes ilysm

    Absolutely delicious. You have to try it to find out how much better it is than commercial grass fed grass finished you find in the store. If you want something other than plain, add a drop of flavored stevia …no extra calories ☺️

    The Sheep milk tastes amazing. I hope they can ship in 1/2 gallon sizes in the future for cheaper prices and maybe start raising their own grass fed sheep for even better pricing. I am basically living off dairy and eggs now due to my condition and rely heavily on Frankie’s meats and a few other suppliers. Also, I think people are going to be willing to pay the extra price for fresh milk from glass jars over frozen in plastic since most of us are doing this for health purposes.

    I purchased both the milk and the kefir and love them both. The milk has a slight yellow color from the milk fat and it has a smooth rich taste. The kefir has that traditional tangy taste, but I noticed it varies from one batch to the next. Overall, I’m happy with both and would purchase again.

    Loved it. Tested the quality by pouring a little bit of frankies milk in a small glass and pasteurized store bought milk in a small glass to compare the colors and the raw milk has a deeper yellow whereas the store bought milk was chalk white, telling me that frankies milk is truly good quality. The only issue is my milk has a hard time thawing in my fridge, but thats a personal issue. Not a frank issue. I just need to figure out fridge temperatures lol

    Milk was delicious. Very refreshing and rich taste. It wasn’t labeled raw but I’m assuming it was because of the yellowish tint of the milk. Kefir was definitely on the stronger side taste wise but nonetheless a quality product. Order came on time and the price is hard to beat.

    Probably the most versatile product we’ve purchased from Frankie’s. If you’ve drank homogenized pasteurized milk most of your life like I have, you will notice immediately a difference in taste. The flavor is fresh and a little creamier than traditional milk. This milk digests effortlessly. After consuming this raw milk now for a few months, there is a substantial difference in nutrition and overall well being. I recover better from my workouts drinking this raw milk.     Amazingly good tasting raw milk, I’m allergic to milk so I don’t buy it often, but let me say I fn love milk and this one is the shit. Super creamy, and addictive, If I’m not careful I’ll drink the whole thing in one sitting, that’s why I rarely buy it lol. Advice Thaw it out in the fridge for two days, shake it up, and it’s ready to be devoured. I’ve never had any issues ever!

    I’ve been looking for a Raw milk that agrees with my system for years!!! I bought from a local farm directly in GA, two different stores that got their milk from other local farms, and while the taste was great, I would always end up feeling bloated. And I would get hormonal pimples around my cycle showing that my body wasn’t fully accepting it. This is the first milk I had since I moved from Trinidad that my body has fully agreed with. No symptoms and easy to digest. It’s rich and it tastes amazing! I just wish it didn’t sell out as often as it does but that’s also a testament to how great the quality is.
