The wagyu beef belly was very fat. Not the marble on the meat, but I actually meant the half inch of fat in the middle of the meat. Quite disappointing!
First Light 100% Grass Fed Wagyu Beef Belly
I eat it raw
By far the best steak I've ever eaten! Juicy, tender, and full of so much flavor! I highly recommend this to anyone!
