Roasted in the oven for 90 minutes with salt and pepper on the Rib Roast. It was delicious! I used the Peruvian pink salt and it was soooo good.! I recommend getting this!
I bought the roast to cut into steaks. It made 5 perfect steaks. The marbling was fantastic. Took pictures, wish I could share them here.
