I soaked mine in maple syrup for a day then salted it after cooking it in the oven. The taste reminded me of breakfast at a diner.

Had saved the tenderloin I ordered for a special occasion, and it cooked up wonderfully tender and juicy! Pork is one of those meats that is much easier for me to taste a difference in quality, and how the animal was raised and what it was fed. This pork is sweet, pristine, very 'clean' tasting. It's so hard to find pastured pork, I highly recommend this as it makes a wonderful roast.
Pork tenderloin is still in the freezer - I am enjoying the liver, though - eating four ounces every other day!
Admittedly, my love of of all things loin-related is legendary, and I find it difficult to recall ever meeting a loin I despised... Pork loins are, perhaps my favorite thing in the known universe. These are really delicious, tender, flavorful and highly recommended. I could eat these every day of my life, and will absolutely order more. If Frankie made a "loin package," I would be all over it. Loins are just (IMO) the best and most divine cut of any animal. Period. If you are a lover of loins, you should not resist these.
