Made up a small batch for one meal and the calves kidneys were fantastic. Mild, tender and oh so fresh. Going to thaw another for this week.
These are so hard to find. Finding a place that has them, ships them, and provides really quality products has been long overdue!
Love veal kidneys. I lived many years in Europe and enjoyed them in a mustard sauce or just sautéed with the fat and sage leaves. These had a nice flavor but were a bit too tough. Perhaps because they were free range?
The livers taste fab. I truly love , love kidney. Grew up in Uganda and this reminded me of grandpa’s meat from his farm. Thank u for bringing very fond memories of eating very tasty organ meats. Will be buying some more soon. The bonus chicken hearts “warmed my heart”❤️🤪
I grated up the Liver, Kidney & Brains, put some in a mason jar in the fridge. When I cook up some Grass Feed Ground Beef I add some of the mixture in the end of cooking (just an example of 1 way to get this into your diet ,). Me & my family get extra nutrition & it is discrete & they have loved my meals. & we really like the Cheddar Cheese .. Thank you for giving us these options & keeping the price affordable & practical
