I can definitely liking the taste of this kidney. I pan seared it both side probably cooked 80%. Its bouncy and has a bite to it. Great texture!
I think I like the kidney more than the liver.
i soaked it under water for an hour before I pan seared it and the smell reduced significantly.
These new kidneys are amazing. I like the flavor at lot more compared to the old ones. I just wish they didn't make your whole house smell like piss, freaking urea 😂
Excellent taste and quality. Very underrated organ meat, recommended if you've never had it. My health has never been better since I started incorporating more kidneys, heart and liver.
