I cooked this over indirect heat with burnt down oak wood and let it smoke and roast away 60-90 mins later the skin was like crackling , meat was tender and flavorful with a nice bit of fat.
I have only had ground lamb before and hated it so much! However, decided to give these breast a try. You get two slabs that looked to be 1.25LB each. Now it has a decent lamb smell but the flavor was so mild and the texture reminded me of chicken thighs. Safe to say I am hooked on these and will be buying these more often.

The lamb breast was tender and so delicious. So easy to cut into. There was a lot of meat. Yummy!
I will definitely be buying most of my meat here!! So impressed with the freshness of the meat!
I've been mostly just eating beef for a while so it was a nice change of pace. There was a good amount of fat on it and i channeled my inner caveman to scrape the bones clean.
