Makes great broth!

I have tried many different types of marrow bones to make stock in the past and the flavor just wasn't that good to me- not to mention the smell of it cooking! With that experience, I was hesitant to spend 40 dollars to experiment again, but am glad I did. These bones made superior, beautiful broth. The taste is amazing, and it smells delicious when cooking. Thank you for offering such high quality Frankie, it definitely matters!!

a lot of marrow out that I can snack on for a while. Boiled the bones in salt water for 12 hours and makes a real nice broth.

I usually eat marrow cold aged and it is thick and tasty with a great feeling afterward. This is high quality marrow. When rendered they possess a supremely fatty smoothness.

The bone marrow was tasty, i tried it in the oven. Used a spoon to scoop it out. Not much marrow in bones so it's probably best to make a stock

Makes great broth!
