I bought this for my mom who was raised on a farm and she said it was the best pork fat she’s ever had! Me and her are now both using it for cooking and pork rinds. Would definitely buy again.
Thawed it and cut it up into 1 lb slabs. I hope refreezing is ok. Took some out and fried low temp like bacon and ate it hot and cold as a snack fat add on to lean meat.
