This is a good cut if you are looking for the ultimate bang for your buck. It's very versatile as well as you can cut it into steaks, or small strips for stir frys, it also makes a great steak sandwich! The fat tastes amazing. One thing I would recommend is trimming what I think is silver skin on the side opposite the fat.

The ribeyes, strips, and picanha are all great, but I think the picanha is my favorite. Very flavorful with a delicious fat cap, and at a great price. I will definitely be back for more!
This cut of meat is the best bang for your buck. It’s super affordable, tender, and tasty. Not to mention, it’s really easy to cut into steaks. As for cooking-I just salt it, allow salt to draw the mositure out and dry the surface, and throw on a cast iron pan. Comes out with a unique flavor and a beautiful sear every time.
