Great product. I've had the coconut macadamia nut, vanilla, and chocolate bars. The coconut macadamia and chocolate are slightly different, but both good in their own ways. The vanilla bar is more plain. I tried making the chocolate bar myself with plain whey, tallow, and cocoa powder but it ended up with the fat separated and with a grainy texture form the whey... I'll stick with the warrior bars :)
I liked chocolate the most as it has a nice chewy texture compared to vanilla macadamia nut bar. Either bar lasts me for 2-3 days as I eat 1/4 or max 1/2 a bar. 1/2 bar keeps me full for good 3-4 hrs. Thanks Franike for coming up with this great product.
As I become slightly more fat adapted, and have not had sugar in weeks, I can appreciate the boring taste of the plain bar more and more. It is very satisfying as an afternoon snack, without blowing up my blood sugar. I also melted it into some coconut manna and added raw cacao. It's not "sweet" per se... but it suffices as desert.
