I make a simple recipe with wings – some coconut oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary then bake in the over until golden. These wings were delicious and cook up nicely. Also a plus that there’s not a drop of soy in it. I can’t wait until Frank can get his farm operation together so we can enjoy some eggs!

I’ve always heard grocery store chicken is unhealthy, but until I tried Frankie’s chicken did I finally understand what REAL chicken is! Corn/Soy Free chicken is the ONLY way to go from now on! No more crap chicken from Whole Foods. Frankiesfreeragemeat is the only way to go from now on for Grass Fed Beef and Corn/Soy Free Chicken and Eggs. Amazing stuff!!!
