All of our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Grass finished raised on Pasture year round.
Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
The beef arrived frozen and perfectly packaged. My family is very satisfied with the quality of beef. I along with the Wagyu I ordered some beef bacon, however, it’s already gone. I’m not sure if I will be able to keep any in the house with the way my son he eats it. He absolutely loves the bacon. Thank you so very much for all the energy and effort you put into your farm and company.

Frank please make a video (unless I missed it) about what conventional liquids meats are soaked in during processing. It seems like the stuff I’ve been getting from whole foods has a bunch of liqiud runoff. The ground beed I purchased is excellent and will be getting more to try an experiment. Thanks so much..
