    First time I made this I was in raid and accidentally cooked it to the point where it was well done by being inattentive. Still very flavorful and tender and moist despite my mistake in cooking. I’d recommend this for anybody trying to portion control. I re-ordered more upon trying these just because they seem to be an incredible value for grass fed grass finished steaks.

    Well I had came here today to order the Sirloin since I had got some in the sampler pack with my last order.
    Man was it fantastic. I made my stew a new way there is some fat attached to the sirloin so I trimmed it off and threw it in the pot since
    I knew it was grass fed and I have been learning a lot from Frank in his videos. So I mad ethe stew a bit different and sauteed the beef and added it to the bowl as the veggie stew parts was done All I can is try this Sirloin it makes a lot of great stuff!
