Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

Originally I ordered sirloin, but received this as a replacement which was very thoughtful & greatly appreciated. I cooked it up with some of Frankie’s A+ steak sauce and eggs. Delicious, so much I had to order more! Glad you guys sent me that replacement, but now I’m stuck in the middle of which do I love more Sirloin or London. Lmfao!

I really liked the leaner cuts of steak that Frank sells I find the fattier ones a bit tough to eat when grilling but the leaner cuts are amazing. Still not happy about the tomato sauce leaking and barely getting a refund when it was shipped because I was looking forward to trying a less acidic tomato sauce but either way I think Frankie is fair business man. My only true critique is getting better glass jars to put products in to prevent leakage. Seems like a lot of the products can seep out of the top of the jars even though the tops seem screwed on tight which is strange.
