Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products.     and they are really good!! They taste like the most nutrient dense eggs you’ve ever had. Just pan fried with butter, salt, pepper. 1 brain has almost 700 calories, 50grams of fat and 40 grams of protein in a few small bites! Vitamin density is nuts too! A great addition to the carnivore diet a couple days or so out of the week..also great if you have trouble eating enough calories on carnivore.

    If you like brains, which I do, these are better than most I’ve had. They are pretty small but I can’t eat much if I include it in a meal because of the fat content. Absolutely delicious and will get more soon.

    Like the nutritional components of brains in theory but, still, they’re brains! Dipped my toe into the brain-eater community with these little gems and loved them. Pan fried in butter they really were custardy and I enjoyed them very much. Will be ordering more and trying different types of brains. OMG, am I a zombie?!

    Such an easy way to get my omega 3 fatty acids as someone who doesn’t care much for fish. This stuff is genuinely one of the tastiest foods I’ve ever had. Expect to get some odd looks when you’re eating it, but know that you’re consuming an extremely high quality food. Will be ordering again for sure!

    I must admit I’d never pictured myself eating brains until I saw Frank’s videos. Now I’m beyond happy that he is providing them because I couldn’t get them anywhere else, and they’re perfect. I love the taste both raw and seared. I like to eat a brain every 5th day or so and keep it in my rotation of organ meats. This is truly a 5-star product.

    it was my first time eating brain–very interesting! They have a salty, cholesterol-y taste and are extremely satiating. Furthermore, I do not think they need any salt on them at all. They are fine as-is. These would taste really good smeared on top of sourdough bread, I imagine. The consistency is a little bit thinner than egg yolks.

    These are fantastic! I normally eat them raw, but they’re also great scrambled in a pan with some butter. They have a little bit of a fishy taste due to the high amounts of DHA omega-3s and they’re absolutely delicious! Definitely my favorite organ meat!

    The package arrived frozen solid. I air-fried it and it was delicious. My toddler also loved his first taste of lamb brain. Where I am from, I am used to preparing goat head with brain in curry and it’s a local delicacy in the south of India. I wish I could get lamb or goat head chopped into pieces like we get at the butcher’s in India.

    It was fresh and delicious. I though texture would be not as good as ‘fresh’ one (because this product is frozen.) but it was very good. I am Korean and we are very familiar with eating organ meats but brain is an exception. It was my first trial and realized that its taste is very very similar with fish (pollack) testicle. We eat pollack roe and testicle soup called ‘Al tang’.

    Only a few specs of bones in a couple of the brains, could probably be swallowed without worry. The taste is very mild and isn’t at all of goat or beef, or any animal I can think of for that matter. It is very soft when fully cook and has no resistance. I didn’t find a need to remove any membrane since it isn’t noticeable when it’s cooked. It is fatty but in no way greasy. It seems to retain its fat within its structure and not shrink or render out fat when cooking. I would recommend boiling it for 2-3 minutes and eating it with a little salt or mixed into an already cooked omelette. As for the prion concern, I am glad I ordered lamb brains since lambs cannot get mad cow. They get their own version called Scrapie. Scrapie cannot be transferred to humans. It can be transferred to cows eating lamb brains, and then to humans, but not directly (according to the research I’ve done on the matter, I urge you to do your own). The price might seem a little steep for offal but just remember that brain contains 700mg Omega 3 fatty acids per serving, which isn’t on par with fish but still much better than any plant alternative in a similar amount.

    I grew up eating beef brains with scrambled eggs. Recently, the only thing I could find was pork brains, and they didn’t taste as good as the beef brains, which are no longer available, but they were all I could find. your lamb brains are so good, I forgot the taste of the beef brains! In me, you have a customer for a long, long time!

    For those of you who want to eat more organs but are worried about trying brain, let me assure you, it is very mild. It is similar to scrambled eggs in texture and taste. I cut it up into 1 inch pieces and give it a quick pan sear.

    I was afraid to try it at first but I like trying new things and I know it’s good for me. I made a lamb brain curry over cauliflower rice. The texture is like silken tofu. It’s really not bad. The hardest thing was my mind getting over eating BRAINZ. Then the next day I actually felt my body craved it! Which blew my mind.
