Why Free Range?
The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have “off” flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.
Uses
Great for the barbeque, smoke it, make some pastrami!

I did not receive this order, but Frank gave me a refund. I have bought many products from him before and there were no problems. I will buy from him again. All of his items are of excellent quality! That is why he and his team get 5 stars from me!

It is flavorful and tender when eaten raw. Almost zero tendinous material which is ready enough to swallow when cut small. Not very fatty (I’m going to guess maybe 20% tops, based on one roast of experience) so I add some of the fat Frankie sells here. I think this would be good cut thin for korean barbeque style cooking.

We didn’t exactly cook it well enough to get the melt-in-your-mouth type brisket, but it was nonetheless a fantastic tasting brisket.
Mimi –
Tastes amazing and I loved it. I would buy it again. 10/10.
Very Happy Customer !!

Really tender and juicy, cooked with wagyu tallow and a some garlic powder. The meat came out really good with the wagyu tallow. The fat even made a soup like consistency that gives the meat more juice flavor.

I smoked the brisket and it came out great. I was a little worried there wouldn’t be enough fat on it, but there was. (Frank can you get ahold of untrimmed brisket?) Also, I only got a 3.15 pound brisket instead of 4 pounds. I’m guessing that was a mistake?

I’ve always enjoyed brisket and Frankie’s is the biggest you can get for the money! I cook it low and slow in the crock pot and it is delectable! If you’re planning a corn beef feast for St. Patty’s Day, definitely get a brisket from Frankie’s! My favorite recipe is covering the brisket with garlic powder, onion powder, and harissa sauce (Mina’s brand) and putting in a crock pot for 8 hours on low. It’s amazing!

I have no clue how to correctly prepare and cook beef brisket. So i put some seasoning on it with Redmond real salt and throw all 4lbs in the pressure cooker for 2 hours. Then i throw it on my bbq grill that flames and smokes way too much for about 5 minutes and it’s the most amazing tender healthy grass fed brisket i can get! I’ve also done it with Korean galbi bbq seasonings and tastes amazing with udon noodles or rice.
