All of our dairy products arrive fresh every week, we also have fresh meat packages available on occasion.
We normally ship with dry ice, which is -110°F, that will sometimes freeze the product in transit to the destination. This guarantees the meat stays as cold as possible and arrives to you in the best condition.
If you would like us to ship the package using ice packs instead of dry ice you may add this to your order.

Each time I have ordered from Frankie my package showed up in a cooler with dry ice draped across the top. Even in the summer months, each item arrived fresh and in good shape!!

It took me two orders of cheeses to figure out that they are usually (without these ‘Never Frozen’ cold packs) shipped with dry ice. And I kept wondering why every cheese I ordered was crumbling while cutting. The texture and flavors get compromised when shipped with dry ice. Shipped with ‘Never Frozen’ cold packs, the cheeses’ good characters remain alive!
